Built on a plot of 3 ha in the "Pago de la Barca", facing the Duero River as it passes through Quintanilla de Onesimo and Olivares, Garmón Continental occupies a space of 2,000 square meters distributed in different modular buildings around a large central patio.

The cellar is accessed by a windbreak in the shape of a glass box, occupying the area of fermentation in the heart of the winery with a capacity for 80,000 kg of grapes in stainless steel tanks of 5,000 to 8,000 kg, with movement of the grapes by gravity for the beginning of the fermentation that will develop spontaneously with native yeasts.

The average ageing period is 16 months, with 100% French oak from different coopers with staves 27mm thick and between 24 to 36 months of natural drying.

During the processes of production and ageing, we seek aromatic richness, soft tannins and harmonics and a moderate extraction that contributes to outlining the style of a complex, balanced and refined wine.
